Men health - How to increase sperm volume

Infertility can affect men when their sperm quality decreases as it drops in number, looks abnormal in shape and lacks motility which is the power of movement. These account for at least 40 percent of infertility among couples and low sperm count can be determined if pregnancy does not occur even after a year of unprotected sex.

Alcoholism and smoking cigarettes or recreational drugs like marijuana are known to affect sperm count and it is always advised to abstain from them for successful impregnation to occur. It can also reduce the appetite for sex and slow down sexual behavior which eventually can affect relationships between couples.

A doctor can advise men with prescription drugs to increase sperm counts and add to their health. But usually sperm gets damaged due to stress therefore a daily nutritional supplement of 1000 mg of Vitamin C and E can be useful along with a lot of zinc and copper content in whatever you take for your daily diet.

Lower sperm count or fall in sperm quality occurs from a condition called agglutination or when sperms stick together. Vitamin C is a proven potent for improving sperm quality as studies have shown daily intake of 200-1000mg increased fertility in men. Some doctors recommend 1gm for sticky sperms but the vitamin doesn’t help those with low motility. There are also some natural supplement you can try too, like Semenax semen enhancer or VolumePills.

Sexual pleasure peaks when all the muscles of the penile and around contract rhythmically and deliver the semen. The more intense and greater are the contractions, more ejaculation occurs only because more semen gets loaded in. it is not only about quantity of the semen but quality too as more potent semen gets released.

In another study men on zinc supplement of 57mg twice daily for over three months showed remarkable improvement in terms of sperm quality, count and its motility. They even showed their semen could develop fertilizing qualities.
